Return, Refund & Replacement Timeframe
You have 100 days from the date of delivery to request a return, refund, or replacement for your HiVis Shirts. After 100 days, we cannot process returns, refunds, or replacements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns are accepted for any reason, including change of mind, wrong size, or color, as long as the item is in original condition.
- Customized, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or incorrect.
- Sales or promotional items are final sales and not eligible for return.
Return & Claim Process
- Contact Us: Email us or use our contact form with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
- Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions within 2 business days.
- Shipping Your Return:
- Pack your item securely.
- Include the RA# and complete return form in your package.
- Ship via a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Lost or Missing Items: If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a replacement or refund.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (excluding original shipping costs).
- Replacements: If you agree to the estimated delivery time, we will process replacements immediately. Personalized items require 3–5 business days for processing.

- We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit; please use a trackable, insured shipping method.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the sender at their expense.
- If your item is defective or you received the wrong product, please contact us with photos and details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
