Timeframe for Refund/Replacement
You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a refund or replacement for your HiVis Shirts. After 30 days, we can’t offer either.
Eligibility Criteria
Because our HiVis Shirts are custom-made, we only offer replacements or refunds for major problems: The shirt is very different from what you ordered, it was damaged in production or shipping, or you received the wrong item. For other issues, we might offer a partial refund (not including shipping).
Important Notes:
All sales are final on sale or promotional items. We generally don’t accept returns for customer mistakes (like wrong sizes or colors), so please double-check your order before you check out. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and monitors.
Lost/Missing Items
If your HiVis Shirts hasn’t arrived within 30 days, you can request a replacement or refund. Email us your order number to file a claim. We don’t refund orders due to incorrect addresses, so please double-check your address before ordering.
How to File a Claim
To make a claim, email us or use our contact form with: your order number, photos/videos of the problem (showing the error for printing issues, measurements for size/placement issues, and the package/label for missing items), your full address, and phone number. If your claim is valid, we’ll resend your HiVis Shirts for free. If that’s not possible, we’ll refund you (including shipping). Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Important Notes:
To ensure quality, we don’t offer refunds for customer errors, like choosing the wrong size, design, color, or customization, or not previewing files before ordering. Please review your order carefully.
Replacement/Refund Process
- Refunds: Once confirmed by Stripe, refunds will appear in your account within 3-5 business days for PayPal and 7-10 business days for credit cards, depending on bank processing times.
- Replacements: If you agree to the estimated delivery time, we will process replacements immediately. Personalized items require 3 to 5 business days for processing.
